Dr Myvanwy McIlveen

Myvanwy is a college certified sub-specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

After graduating with honours from the University of Newcastle she trained in obstetrics and gynaecology at the John Hunter Hospital. Myvanwy undertook her subspecialty training in Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology in Sydney and at the University of Sheffield in England. She has also completed a Masters degree in Reproductive Medicine and Human Genetics at the University of Sydney.

Myvanwy has a private fertility practice in Newcastle where she consults at The Junction, Toronto and Gosford. She is a Visiting Medical Officer at Lingard and John Hunter Hospitals.

Her main areas of interest are polycystic ovarian syndrome, male factor and unexplained infertility
