Dr Helen Peric completed a science degree in Melbourne before moving to Sydney to study medicine at The University of Sydney. She joined Sydney IVF in 2005 after completing specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology at Westmead Hospital and later Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. Helen's sub-specialty training in infertility and reproductive medicine was completed at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Sydney IVF.

Helen is working on completing a Masters in Human Reproduction and Human Genetics. As part of the degree she is completing a research project which is investigating the role of MTHFR polymorphism on recurrent miscarriage.

Her practice focusses on:

• Female infertility
• Male infertility
• IVF
• Patients requiring pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD)
• Recurrent miscarriage
• Gynaecology with special interest in polycystic ovarian syndrome and menopause
